Ensures prompt, friendly and attentive service to all guests while maintaining the highest standards. Assists guests with their requests and supports the team in delivering memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be polite, courteous and efficient in dealing with guests needs.
- To understand the need for good service.
- To ensure a good service standard.
- Set up station to the correct standard before service
- Carries out effective service by ensuring:
- Guests are greeted and seated
- Food orders are processed accurately
Education
- School Certificate& NC 3 in Food & Beverage
Knowledge / skill
- Fluent in both French & English.
- Customer orientation.
- Well presented and team player.
- Physically fit and active.
Experience
A minimum of 1 year experience in related field
