Department: Housekeeping
Maintains guest rooms, corridors and public areas to a high standard of cleanliness and order. Provides guests with a comfortable and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean rooms as per Company standards ensuring defect free rooms.
- Equipping all rooms with linen and amenities.
- Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times.
- Should hand over important messages and guest requests to supervisors.
- Report any missing or broken property to the supervisor.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Reports all lost and found items.
- Maintain high level of personal hygiene.
- School Certificate& NC 3 in Food & Beverage
Knowledge / skill
- Fluent in both French & English.
- Customer orientation.
- Well presented and team player.
- Physically fit and active.
Experience
A minimum of 1 year experience in related field
