Department: Reservations
Handles and converts reservations with accuracy and efficiency. Ensures all booking details are properly communicated to the operational teams, supporting guest satisfaction and the resort’s revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- receive, handle and convert all enquires in line with the Sales strategy and ensure all guests receive a consistently high standard of service throughout the booking process.
- To sell in line with the selling strategies and adhere to chronicle management principles to maximize yield for the hotel.
- To manage and input all enquires within the sales guidelines, adhering to company standards, working practices, system conventions and enquiry handling standards.
- To actively up-sell and cross sell the products and facilities of the hotel, especially, spa, restaurants and boutique.
- To efficiently follow up all bookings against company standards to ensure that the conversion of business is optimized and the record integrity is maintained.
- To effectively communicate with the client throughout the booking process, ensuring we have the full understanding of the guests’ requirements and identify areas for future business opportunities and to promote repeat business.
Education
- Diploma in Hotel Management
Knowledge / skill
- Fluent in both French & English.
- Customer orientation.
- Well presented and team player.
Experience
A minimum of 1 year experience in related field
