Painter / Handyman

Department: Maintenance
Carries out general maintenance tasks including painting, repairs and upkeep of facilities. Ensures the resort remains well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare surfaces for painting, which includes removing old paint, priming surfaces, filling holes & washing walls
  2. Mix, match & apply paint, varnish & stain to surfaces using brushes, rollers or sprayers, to enhance their appearance, and protect them from the elements
  3. Construct & fabricate parts, using hand tools & specifications
  4. Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches and moving & lifting heavy objects
