Le Karo du Chef serves as the cornerstone of our sustainable kitchen, embodying eco-friendly practices through its chemical-free cultivation and the integration of beekeeping and kitchen scrap composting. Cultivated without fertilizers or chemicals, the daily harvest serves patrons with food allergies, intolerances and vegans.
