Villa Occupancy:

The villas can accommodate a minimum of 1 adult and a maximum of 6 adults (depending on the category booked) Only registered guests are permitted to stay.

Payment:

Please settle all outstanding charges at the reception before your departure.

Valuables:

Use the in-room safes provided. The hotel will not be held responsible for any unsecured items.

Pool, Fitness & Spa Etiquette:

Please maintain a calm environment. Loud voices, eating or drinking are not allowed. Photography, video recording, and jumping into the pool are prohibited.

Check-in/Check-out Times:

Please respect the designated check-in and check-out times. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Conduct:

Maintain a respectful and peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

Property Care:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Dress Code:

Proper attire is required in all public areas. Please follow the hotel’s dress code policy.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.

Fire Safety:

Open flames and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities:

Unlawful or unauthorized business activities are not permitted on hotel property.

Emergency Protocols:

In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the hotel staff.

Food & Beverages:

Consuming food or drinks purchased outside the hotel is not allowed in the villas.

Corkage Fee:

A corkage fee applies for any beverages brought into our restaurants.

No Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited inside the villas.

Musical Instruments:

Bringing musical instruments is not allowed without prior hotel approval.

Loud Music:

Playing loud music in the villas is not permitted.

Lost and Found:

Lost items will be kept by the hotel for a limited period and handled according to the hotel’s policy.

Lobby Conduct:

Eating, drinking, or sleeping in the lobby is not allowed.

Inappropriate Conduct:

Guests who engage in violent, threatening or coercive behavior will be immediately expelled and denied further service.

For Shoba Villas & Residences Guests (in addition to the above)

Do not leave the balcony door open for long hours.

Make sure to lock the balcony door when leaving your room.

Do not put or hang anything on the balcony glass partition.

Be cautious when stepping onto the balcony during bad weather, especially in Cyclone season. If a Cyclone Class Three warning is declared, it is advised not to go onto the balcony.

Do not leave children unattended on the balcony.

Please refrain from discarding any trash items, such as food, empty bottles, cans, or cigarette butts, over the balcony.
